Well know I know lol I replaced the TPS sensor on Wednesday and I guess I will be replacing the cam and crank position sensors when I get paid. Those along with a 52mm TB from hipotek, melling high volume oil pump, pickup tube, Hughes hardened 7.109" pushrods, and some stainless hipotek roller rockers.

Might want to get the sensors from the dealer. Our trucks are sensitive to what brand sensors go in them

D'oh. The wrench won't make a hill of bean difference. The clamp goes up and over the housing. It wouldn't move anyway.

I've not had one to look at in a while...

It might be the distributor itself that needs replacing. That or the drive gear from the oil pump could be loose.

The gear fit snug meshed with the cam gear. I made sure of that before installing my intake. The sensor on the other hand was looking pretty rough but I didn't think anything of it. It could have been bad from the very beginning and I didn't even know because I just now have a scanner to set fuel sync.

I was looking at the BWD brand from Advance Auto Parts since the sensors I've already replaced with that brand are working great. Plus BWD is made here in the USA. Hard telling where the dealership gets theirs since they are owned by Fiat now lol

Turns out it is the cam sensor. I will set the fuel sync at +2 and then drive it and recheck it and it will show anywhere from -8 to +8 then wait a while and check it again then it's back at +2.

Yeah I was seriously getting angry until I seen what it was doing today. So right now I have the following on the way; Hipotek 52mm throttle body, Melling high volume oil pump, Innovative Motorsports wideband O², Cam and Crank Sensor, Oil pan gasket, and some more Mobile 1 High Mileage full synthetic oil and a new Mopar oil filter. And to think I was done tearing into the engine for a while. lol
