Installed a new BWD cam and crank sensor and it's staying at +4 all day everyday now. I've been kind of stagnant on working on it. I've just done a new exhaust, innovate motorsports wideband, and a hipotek 52mm throttle body. I'm currently looking for late 90's extended cab Dakota to drop my engine and tranny in it.

Ok. Thanks for following up though! I always like to know how things turned out... Mine is running pig rich, gonna replace ECT and CKPS and see if that does it... Every single other sensor that controls the engine has been replaced... Oh well...

Turned out to be wrong injectors thanks to someone telling me that 19LB injectors would work out of the box... I have UltraPower upstream O2 and Denso downstream... Now that the old injectors are in there it runs pretty close to a top... Now off to tranny and newer PCM with SCT...

I would change out that "ultrapower o2" for an NTK or Denso also.

Not to be a smart allic, but it is not throwing any codes related to O2 sensor, so why replace? Before it threw a code for high input (due to it being terribly rich).
