all those rice burners sound like weed whackers.
and they get soo pissed off when they can't pass me![Icon Laugh](https://dodgeforum.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_laugh.gif)
that little 4BT if built right can also push out some good power...
put some injectors on it and adjust the gate on the turbo and it'll turn out a lot more power...just depends on how much power he wants to turn it up to...it can handle 500hp on the bottom end... just need some studs for the head, tune the pump and throw some large injectors in there with a larger turbo, or compounds.

I ain't afraid of no CR ![Icon Teeth](https://dodgeforum.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_teeth.gif)
old man had an 04 CR with a smarty and he couldn't touch the ol VP44
shes getting the next size up on injectors soon too...then I'll be selling my old ones. wonder if my old injectors will fit that 4BT??? probably not, but be cool if they did!

Update on the 4bt...
I re tapped the head for the exhaust bolt I broke off, bolted the turbo back up... It's looks as if I'll have room for a down pipe still.

I wired in the fuel shutoff solenoid as well as the power/dimmer for the gauges. Im stealing power from two fuses in the cab. I added an inline fuse for the shutoff solenoid too

lookin good except for that turbo....that center needs to be clocked to have the oil feed and drain as vertical as possible.. turned sideways like that can damage the turbo...just loosen the compressor and turbine housings and clock the center back to straight up and down and tighten it back up.
