The tensioner arm still has alot of tension. When I put the motor in it got the 2 new pulleys and a new belt at the same time.

I removed the tensioner assy and gently pryed the bearing seals out , rinsed bearing out and re-greased with needle fitting on grease gun. Seals back in and no squeal.

Turns out with my scat crank the balancer wont press on all the way so the belt was squealing on the lower pulley. Had to mill of 1/8" on the back of balancer.
