Yeah haha I'm almost positive it's oil. The fender is covered and the bottom side of the air filter tube but the mat on the hood and the top of the tube isn't wet

I checked the oil filter today it was completely dry and no signs of oil leaking there I've officially run out of ideas I might go buy new valve cover gaskets do you all have any other ideas? Or what I should take pictures of because its hard to get pics where you can actually tell really well

He might be starting to refer to a timing cover leak.

I doubt its the valve cover gaskets, the oil escaping there isn't under enough pressure to spray anywhere.... (unless you have SERIOUS blow-by issues....) There isn't any pressurized oil near the timing cover either...... pressure sending unit is on the back of the block, next to the dist..... not sure if that could cause your issue or not......

Start the truck up, have a friend sit in the drivers seat, put it in gear, and hold the brake.... see if you see any fluid spraying. Or, I suppose, you could put it in neutral, and set the parking brake/block the wheels.....
