Go ahead and post up what I PMed you here. Be 100% sure you know what you're doing when pulling the distributor and be 100% sure you're at #1 TDC. There's about 6° of dwell at the top of the piston.

Why would i not be getting power to the engine fuse in fuse box

Key off? ASD relay not engaged? (engine not running...) Does it show power for a few seconds when you first turn the key on?

I will check tmmrw to see if it does.i dnt understand what it is and as far as the asd,i am getting fire from my coil and to my plugs and im getting fuel.with my key on i wasnt getting power to the #9engine fuse which is marked "engine"but i didnt check to see if i got power for a minute when i first turn key.will check in the morning

Put your finger in the #1 hole and have a buddy turn it over till you feel your finger pop out P*ssy!. Seriously finding #1 cylinder is easy.
