I went over to Napa today to get the fittings for the delete, turns out Napa Canada and Napa US have two entirely different parts number list and different suppliers.
So, if I just take the check valve out and drill it out, will that work just as well? Any drawbacks to doing this?

I drilled mine out. No problems with it. Ball is plastic or rubber.

I just drilled mine out too. I believe I used a 5/16" drill bit.
