No. Unless I am checking it wrong at the control switch or the part where all the wires meet and flow out from the ignition switch. I wish I could post pictures. Because the yellow wire turns into a red wire and then into the fuse and then into wires that go to the pdc. Do as of right now I don't think the yellow/red wire gets power.

All wires below the steering column are hooked up in their appropriate places. I can't figure this problem out. It doesn't seem as if anything is wrong. Although the truck won't start. It's just not getting power to the starter. I think I'm going to tow it to a shop. Unless you guys have any further ideas. Thanks for the help

Is the relay tripping? If it is, make sure it gets its 12 volt power supply. (separate from the control circuit.) If the relay isn't tripping, swap it with the blower relay. See if that makes a difference.
4 volts is kinda low though, may not be strong enough to pull the relay all the way. What's battery voltage look like?

I tried swapping out relays. But that didn't make it a difference. Battery voltage was at 50 set on 250. And how do you tell if the relay is tripping? Those 4 volts is on the control circuit relay where the yellow wire goes into it. I dont get anything directly from the yellow wire off of the ignition.
