Pull the front O2 out of the exhaust. If it runs better, cat is the problem. And that is EXACTLY what it sounds like.

Trivia Question: How many posts in this thread have mentioned cat and/or O2 sensor?
I havent had a chance to get under it yet, ive tried everything else that has been mentioned.

Since you've tried everything else mentioned, and it still does it, that means you've got a bum cat.

Well, ill be pulling the 02 today, hopefully its the cat.
If its not i may just drive it off a cliff...

okay, so i pulled it out. It got a some power back (will dig a wheel now) but its still not all there. It still wont rev past 3k and still bogs down on WOT underload

You only have a one inch hole there for the exhaust to escape thru. The cat is clogged.
