Name that part! (Aftermarket)
Next thing I want to do to my truck is add rear trailing arms. (To keep the rear axle from slopping back and fourth when catching from wheel spin.) I'm building them myself, as I do most things on the truck. The thing I'm looking to buy though is a type of adjustable threaded end with a large ball joint or bushing to attach to the rear of the trailing arm (Tough to picture I know, sorry) to adjust the length if/when I lift the truck higher. I found this picture on Google image search for 'trailing arm'. It's sorta what I'm looking for, but I want to know what it's proper name is so I know what to search for to buy.
Thanks guys!

Perfect! I wasn't sure if they had a special name or a "nick" name like "Johnson Screw Ball" haha. My plan is to at least bush the end that meets the chassis to help absorb some of the vibrations for road noise reasons. Any input?
EDIT: Also, That website you linked me to offers the largest at 1 1/4" Diameter. I see people are using them for steering components on lighter racing trucks. Will something that small withstand holding onto a Dana 70 Axle under a 7000 lb truck going through some nasty terrain and mud? I searched ebay with nothing larger than 7/8" I know I've seen huge ones before.... wish I remember where.
