If I had money to blow I'd lift my 2wd. Ground clearance is nice

Make sure your steering is in good shape as lifting will exaggerate any issues.

But you will not have to worry about clocking T Case!
cool, i'm seriously considering a body lift now thanks to a previous comment. As far as suspension goes, my previous question. Can 1500 lift spindles be retrofitted to a 2500? My 96 2500 is a cummins so it already has the diesel springs. cant do much there :P

I wouldn't put 1500 spindles on a 2500 with a diesel, that is ASKING for trouble. They simply are not rated for that kind of weight. You would get a rather rude surprise if one of them broke.......

All I am finding is spacers.

There just isn't a lot out there for the 2wd folks.

+1. Not as much market demand, therefore of little interest to suppliers.

I found this http://cstsuspension.com/products/sf.../productID/471
its for a 3rd gen but might just work for you. You will need to cross reference/research the parts and see if they will work. A lot of the 3rd gen stuff fits our trucks, or just order one and to a trial fit.
