+1. That appears to be a significant amount of oil accumulated, therefore more oil has been burned during combustion therefore, cat and O2 are likely less that in ideal condition.

It won't run as good as it should, but, you can still drive it....... for a while. The cat will eventually clog to the point the engine will barely run. Keep that in mind.
