Did you try cleaning the terminals/cables? Are ground connections clean and tight? How do you know the battery is good, has it been load tested? If all that's good, you either have high resistance in the battery/starter cables or the park/neutral safety switch may be malfunctioning.

Swap the starter relay with another one. See if the problem goes away.

When it won't start, are you getting 9 volts (at least) at the small wire on the starter solenoid?

All connections clean and tight?

See if you are getting power at the starter solenoid then. Take it from there.

Any variety of aftermarket alarm on the truck?
