With no codes, I would go for the Borg Warner heavy duty governor pressure solenoid, and sensor set.

the tv cable is correct..my next move is going to be dropping tranny pan again and i will replace governor pressure solenoid and sensor..i hope this fixes my problem

Brand New Borg Warner Governor Pressure Solenoid & New Oem Pressure Transducer. That what i need...right? Pressure transducer is that the sensor? i just want to be sure..thanks

See if you can scare up a small torque wrench that can accurately do 72 INCH pounds, and adjust the bands while you are in there.

ya i have one :P..thanks....i just drove the truck and now it doesn't want to shift from first gear unless i let off gas pedal.. if i rev it under 2800 rpm it and let off gas it will shift to second, if i rev to 3000+ rpms and let off gas it will skip second and go to third haha ????
