Sup df, like wat i said on my previous post,
I notice all the changed i did do to truck been stalling/shutting down while im driving,
Some how the whole front of my truck get hot in idle! Touch all place and ecm/pcm is hot, is that why my truck is shutting down when it get warm or hot during my drive? What else to do to get this cool? Do i need to flush the radiator and put new coolant?

Mine shuts off too but not when I'm actually driving. When I pull up to a stop sign and my idle drops so low, it'll lock the steering up and shut off. Also, sometimes when I start it, it'll shut right back off.

Is it something to do with my fuel pump? Plz help
I had a 98 1500 with a V8 and it did the exact same thing you have described and I tried the exact same things all these fine folks have suggested and what was the real demon was the pickup unit in the distributor, I replaced it and I didn't have another issue, other than the rest of the truck was just wore out.. Trust me it is a cheap fix and takes less than an hour and I bet it will solve your dying issue.

Well thats what i exactly do, replace the old CAMSHAFT SENSOR whick is the pickup unit in the distubitor, it looks like a flat plate..rite, and did a full tune up, o yeah i forgot to mention that i replace the crankshaft position sensor too.. Well hope this work by changing the pickup unit
