Ive had that problem before after having a dead battery and resetting the PCM always fixed it. Just a cheap little thing to try

Well I don't think my battery is dead because my volts still show alittle past the middle mark on my dash. How do you reset the pcm though?

Disconnect the negative battery cable and turn your headlights on for a couple minutes. Turn the headlights off and reinstall negative battery cable. PCM reset.

I had this ame issue a few years ago on my 97. Replaced the crank position sensor (top of the tranny bell housing behind the motor, its a bugger to get to) and the front speed sensor by the shifter. Fixed it and never had that problem again.

I'm ordering the IAC today and seeing if it is that. It's been getting worse lately.

Swap the ASD relay with the horn relay. See what happens.
