PCM may not care, then again, it might. Luck of the draw on that. Little hope of getting a tune with egr turned off.... The one place I knew of that did that kind of thing, doesn't anymore.

94 and 95 PCM can't be tuned as it is OBD1, will be replacing the PCM with one from either a 96 or 97 PCM as those Year trucks have the same dash as the 94 and 95 trucks, however the PCM swap will be later on when I'm rebuilding the motor, right now I just need the truck to run better without pinging and burning oil due to a bad plenum gasket

Not that simple. You will also need the harness from the newer truck, and even then, the PCM will whine about transmission parts that aren't there. 96 and up has electronic governor.

I will be using the wiring harness from the newer truck which is the same, everything is plug and play, I have been dealing with Performance Injection Equipment and also a guy from NC who deals with all 2nd Gen ram trucks

the guy in NC where I got my new frame from is providing me with the PCM and will be programming it with the information from my truck which is done with a DRB3 scanner, the guy at Performance Injection Equipment will tune the PCM so the everything will run right, I know the 96 and 97 trucks use the 46RE tranny whereas the 94 and 95 trucks use the 46RH tranny

Correct. On the older trucks, PCM only controlled TCC, and O/D.

Has anyone found a solution to the hard plastic cross over line? I've ruined 4 so far trying to get them on the barbs on the rails, and I'm pretty sure, this aint gonna happen, no matter what Hughes says....I've boiled this thing over and over trying to widen the hole with the shaft of some drivers, and STILL cant get this thing on there.
With all the horror stories about trucks burning from cross over leaks, I'm not sure I want to put my fiath in rubber lines and clamps...

I used a rubber fuel injection hose from Advance Auto Parts along with small black hose clamps and it worked fine for me with no leaks, been running it that way ever since I changed my Intake Manifold to the Hughes FI Air Gap. You have to use fuel injection hoses and not regular fuel hoses

And the correct clamps for the hose as well.
