Your front bumper ain't exactly stock though.... lots more room there.

@Info: Try loosening the front bumper mount bolts, pull the bumper as far forward as you can, line it up, re-tighten the bolts.

Get the axle centered, and front end alignment done before cutting anything else.

I think you are going to need flares in any event to cover those tires. Some 'cut out' fender flares just might solve the rest of your clearance issues.

This is the route I think he is taking for now. The shop needs to get there act together and finish things before they start telling people to cut things. This is my op anyway.

That is true but its only 2 inches short on the side to were the stock one would be but I also could fit them without any trimming before the bumper with just the body lift

I am going to be calling this morning to inquire about the 1" spacer/block. That being said, they are going to center the axle today which I know requires cutting the track bar (it's adjustable and a small amount has to be cut off). If they add the 1" spacers, will that be an issue if the trackbar has already been cut?

And also, yes, it's going for an alignment before much else is done. I do have flares, got them off ebay after seeing someone else give positive reviews of them. They are sitting in Houlton waiting for pick up ;o) I was about to order an aFe CAI yesterday, but concerns about cost of all this work now have me waiting a bit.

As for the front bumper, without a doubt, when the tire turns it literally pushes in the bottom corner of the bumpers a substantial amount. Even with the axle centers and the cam bolts adjusted, not sure it won't still be there in the end. But, fingers crossed. The tires stick out a hell of a lot though... more than I expected!

Don't waste the money on a CAI. it doesn't do anything for performance, and draws air from the same place as the stock system. Get a good drop in air filter, and call it a day.

Front bumper has some adjustment.... worst case, you can elongate the holes to give you another inch or so of adjustment there. Give it a shot. Beats carving off the end of the bumper.

Is this true for the sport bumper? I only ask since it is the fact my truck is a sport that seems to be causing so many issues!

The bumper is different, but, the mounts are the same.
