Also since I lost my tire and wheel they'll have to be replaced. Will I be alright running a wheel with 5 inch backspacing on one side and one with 4.25 inch backspacing on the other?
On that note will I be able run a 305/70-16 tire on one side and a 285/75-16 on the other without damaging my diff or 4wd?

They show to be the same diameter on metric converters..
Thanks

Yeah, backspacing won't hurt you at all there. If both tires are the same diameter, that is all you really care about.

Cool, thanks. Is there a margin there? Like one tire might be a tenth or two of an inch shorter than the other should it be fine?

Yeah, I don't think you could find any two tires, even of the exact same brand/type, that were exactly the same size, once inflated. Hell, even 3 pounds of pressure difference can change diameters enough to **** off various traction control systems.

Haha yeah I figured it shouldn't matter too much at such a small level

I was going to buy a rim but, could I run a tire that size on the spare rim that comes with these trucks?

So long as the spare rim is the correct diameter, sure.
