Unhappy Truck won't start...

How's that for a vague title, eh?

I drove the truck Thursday, probably 50 or so miles. Came home, put her in the garage, welded a body patch in place, the backed her out of the garage, and parked her in the driveway. Ran beautifully the whole time, in 4x4 and 2x4.

Just went outside to start her now, and she won't start. Plenty of juice in the battery, I probably cranked the engine a good 60 seconds total (not all at the same time). Engine turns over, but never fires. No carb, so pumping the pedal is useless.

There was a faint gasoline smell around the truck after all that cranking.

Should be about 8 gallons or so in the tank, fresh gas, with some ratio of SeaFoam in it. Nobody dumped sugar in the tank, my surveillance system ruled that out.

The biggest difference between Thursday and Today is the temperature... Single digits and snowing then, low 50's and raining now. Frankly, this is the warmest temp we've had since I bought the truck.

I note the temperature change, because there was some serious condensation all over the outside of the engine...

No active codes.

And finally, I can't do much troubleshooting right now, because it's in the middle of the driveway, and it's absolutely pouring. *grumble*

Brainstorming party...annnnnd Go!

Not positive on spark - raining too hard to go pulling plugs in the driveway tonight! Definitely had spark Thursday though.

Lol! A nice warm rain, chase me off? After what feels like 6 months of winter? I just didn't want to get any more water where it didn't belong in the engine, ya know?

Found a spare plug in the garage, a break in the rain, and someone to crank it for me - we do have spark! And still get a faint gas smell outside the truck after cranking.
