I would think a local quality parts store would have them. Maybe a drive shaft and drive train shop. There is a shop here call u joints Inc, and they stock all kinds of parts for anything from the axle to the drive shaft

Just go to the local parts store. They probably have them on the shelf for less than what you would be for shipping ordering them online.

Does anyone know If the Stock rear blocks are angled? I'm revisiting the pinion angle idea Before tearing into my diff.

That was the problem with mine. Don't think that the stock D80 had the same angled spacer set into the stack just above the stock block. This angled spacer changed the angle but if I would have taken it out, the axle would not have been lined up with the fender Wells. So for me the only solution was to change the perch pads. Now on yours, the angles didn't look that far off, but if the axis of the pinion is not parallel to the axis of the t-case. What seems to be different between yours and mine are that the vibration was there from the start after the swap and just got worse. Yours seems like it was fine and then surfaced later. If the angle was wrong, then you would have noticed it from the beginning

Wow what a way to get a headache. I am thinking wheel bearings on the rear axle. And would start with the right(passenger) side. You have a full floating D60 in the rear correct? Or is it a D80? Doesn't matter which. Do you know how to change out the wheel bearings? It is pretty easy on the full floating axles.

I have a 60 but it is full floating. I haven't changed them out out before.

I will go look in the service manual today and come back with any questions.

Maybe my local parts store will actually stock these.

Doing bearings on the full floaters is dead easy. Lot like doing wheel bearings on the old tapered bearing style fronts. (in fact, it is EXACTLY like that.....)

Are they reffered to as axle bearings? As opposed to wheel bearings? All I can find are axle bearings.
