That would tend to load the left side wheel bearing..... can you tell at least which side it is coming from? If you swapped sides on the bearings, think you would be able to hear the difference??

[Are you talking about the rear drive shaft angle at the axle? I went out and took some pictures of stuff. I think my pinion angle Is fine. I didn't mess with the perches. I kept the 3in springs and went to the bigger hangars. Front hangars matched perfect but rear i had to drill New holes.]

I agree with Hey You and you on the pinion angle looks fine. Its hard to tell from the pictures if it is perfect, but it is certainly not that far off if at all. Mine was very obvious after my attention was called to it.

Wouldn't be the first time I got a bad part, right out of the box.....

Sound does funny things on a truck though..... it may "sound" like its coming from the driver side, but, it may turn out to be something in the rear...... (been there, done that.....)

Yes well I am running stock suspension. For a 2500 at least.

Thanks for the idea though corbo. Let me know If you get any more.

I'm starting to lean toward something in my t case is loose from running on low fluid for a while. The sound is moving down to lower speeds now. 60ish.

It's been my experience with these t cases when I cracked the slip yoke housing and leaked all the fluid out and ran it for who knows how long, there were no indications at any speed until I engaged the 4 x4 and then the noise was horrible. Back in 2 x and no issues. Had it rebuilt twice because the housing cracked again. It was never right but still only made noise when I was engaged. So, I don't know, I guess it could be the problem but the changing lanes and getting more sound on your changing to the right Lane points to the wheels or wheels bearings. Have you checked the rear bearings

Jack up the rear, trans in neutral, spin a tire by hand. See if anything feels "off"..... Seeping any fluid out of the rear anywhere?

Then just turn things, and see what it feels like. May have to wait for the condition to get worse before you can actually find it though.
