Default New mods for my Ram?

What's up guys, I got a pretty open question for you all, I'm looking for some add ons, or upgrades I can add to my truck. Already got a lift(3"), gears(4.10), new tires(33" Grabber AT2s), Flowmaster Super 40, cracked dash is addressed (dash mat), added some aftermarket cup holders: http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B0021W...110_SY165_QL70 (awesome add on! kinda pricey though) and also my Hughes plenum is on the way. I've been thinking about adding HID heads and fogs, and maybe a CAI? Any other suggestions? Also, I read that a drop K&N is the way to go vs a CAI. Should I do that instead? Any suggestions would be awesome! Thanks guys!

99% of the CAI systems out there, draw air from the EXACT same place as the stock system. They may flow a little better than stock, but, that only helps you in the upper RPM ranges, where your truck spends very little time. It's a waste of money for a 'performance' mod. Better to spend the money elsewhere.

Like, Harland Sharp roller rockers. (and you can do your valve seals while changing the rockers) adds about 10hp/tq. Tuner from hemifever, can add 10-20HP, plus, it gets rid of torque management... you WILL notice a difference. A nice, free-flowing exhaust system would go well with those too.

Rockers run in the neighborhood of 300.00, I don't know what the tuners are going for these days, check Hemifevers site. Exhaust? Depends on how wierd ya wanna get, and what you go for. almost 300 for some pacesetter longtubes, then you can either go duals, or, pick up the Y pipe for another 200 or so.... and go 3" single all the way to the back. (and a muffler.... maybe a cat, if you have emissions testing.....)

Yeah, power ain't cheap.

Your probably looking at between $1500 - $2000 dollars to do everything, but if you do the work your self, and do the mods one at a time it wont be to bad.

If you want to get serious, consider stroking that 5.9 engine out to 408 ci and add on some good flowing cylinder heads with 2.02 intake valves. That will certainly wake the truck up.

Two grand huh? That's a whole lot of greenbacks haha. With more power does my mpg suffer? As much as I'd love more power, it's my DD and don't want a hit on my mpg

Lets be honest it can't get much worse as it is. Might as well get some more from those cubes
