Default mystery vacuum Line?

I should've named the thread missing vacuum line but oh well. cant find the line that hooked up here, any help appreciated!!

This is the line i have plugged off because i cant find where it went before.

Heres where that line goes from the t going towards the passenger side, to another t, both going into firewall

and heres where it goes towards the intake manifold, t goes into the manifold and other line goes to cruise control i believe, it runs up past the throttle cable.

The line looks collapsed... is your truck a 4x4? Does it work?

Yes 4x4. No It dosent work. But its not a line. Its a plug. Made so it wasnt sucking air. Theres a line that connects to it I just cant find for the life of me. Wanna say a 90 degree corner went off it

Wonder if a line broke, and that was the 'fix'...... It does get pretty warm in there, the shrink wrap probably just did its job.

Is there a white line around there somewhere, should come up from the vacuum switch on the t-case. (there is a green one as well, but, that one is SUPPOSED to dead end, its just a vent line.)

Should be a vacuum diagram on a sticker under the hood, probably on the radiator support. (emissions label) I don't think it shows the lines for the 4x4 though.....

Well 4x4 issue is just the actuator and all the lines are where they are suppose to be. So still no answers on where this line is.
