Hard to Steer
This is my thinking on why it's something with steering geometry/steering linkages: the pump seems to be having the power to apply to the pitman enough to flex the whole suspensions system because the geometry of the steering isn't applying it to the tierod ends and to just linear motion of left to right and is having to work insanely hard because of the angles it's applying the motion at. My buddy at Chrysler claims he found the special flow meter tool, so hopefully by next weekend I will have so output readings from the pressure on the pump to clarify this
If those aren't good enough I can take some different ones, I got the wheels off right now playing with it and it's smooth as butter with nothing on it. There's some bends in the tie rod ends but I'm pretty sure those are there cause of how they're cast. Those pics show steering stabilizer back on but I had it completly taken off a minute ago. No effect ether way so I bolted it back up.

Ok before I do the shim Im going to try an underdrive pulley for the pump. Cleanliness is due to the large volume of atf+4 that has been spilled everywhere from doing so much work on the steering system, at least I won't have to worry about rust...haha
