Im thinking that code is due to the thermostat. I put the one in that came with my intake gasket kit. Its probably a lower temp than the 195 factory tstat. Guess ill be changing that again too.

So what do you think about that TPS issue? Also MAP was reading 12.4...possible vacuum leak? The MAP sensor itself looks good.

What does map show with key on, engine off?

If the TPS doesn't change when you step on the gas, it's toast.

Seems a bit low, but, well within the realm of possibility....

Heres an update on my Ram. I put a new TPS in and it now fires right up where before it was a semi hard start. It seems to run a little smoother but still shaky..maybe do to fuel sync needing set? TPS now registers movement on scan tool in idle and while driving. MAP is around 12.9 sometimes over 13 at idle...way down to 9 sometimes lower while driving. The idle is super low though..its around 575-650 sitting still in park...a touch higher in drive. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Reset the PCM, let it relearn idle and such.

So just do the negative battery removal for about 30 minutes? Or do you suggest another way?

That way works fine. If you aren't quite that patient, you can just disconnect the battery, turn on the headlights, turn 'em back off, and hook it back up. That'll drain any residual charge.
