Default Electric fan conversion

So I was thinking about switching from the clutch fan to electric fans. I have a Hayden 3800 dual fan set up that I bought from a buddy. Does it actually give you a little bit more power and gas mileage? And does it draw too much power from the alternator? If anybody advises against it please let me know.

I put e fans on my Dodge and I'm glad I did.
I mostly did it because I was tired of listening to the clutch fan hollering all the time.

I did notice about 1 mpg gain in the city and just slightly more pep from a dead stop. A/C is colder at red lights and drive throughs as well.

But my fan clutch was out and that thing never stopped spinning.

Other plus's for e-fans;
Less work getting to the front of the engine (water pump change, etc).
You can get in there with the engine to work on it (less reaching way in, or laying on).
