How's the TV cable? Adjusted too tight, or sticking, perhaps?

Well I've adjusted it to the factory specs and no change.. So I adjusted way tight and way to lose to see if there was a difference.. There was no difference

The bands didn't look wore out when I replaced the solenoids.. Just normal wear. But I thought I should adjust them just to see what would happen.. Which one needs to be adjusted?

Both. I think the front band is for reverse.... (the one you need to be inside the trans to adjust) I think....... Can try doing the easy one first, and see if it makes any difference.
