Thanks for the message Friar Tuck. It is not directly attached to the back of the Fuse Box, it is attached to some white plastic box that has a silver something or other right in the middle of it. That thing appears like it should disconnect from the metal frame it is on but wires are too short to let it come all the way off when sliding toward me.

I was able to narrow it down to a bad wire between the dome light and the Joint Connector and had it replaced. The light is working fine now. Thank you to all who helped me get a better understanding on this problem and knowledge on how to troubleshoot for future issues.
