I'm very simple minded and get confused if I try to understand two problems at once, so:
Maybe I missed it: Didja measure between pins 85 and 86 with the voltmeter? If you did and saw battery voltage with the engine running, let's stuff a known good relay into that socket, clear the DTC's, and see what happens after starting 'er up.

and yes ive tried several different relays. Ill try tomorrow. and ck back witcha
what is (heyou) talking about here? there is a 2 hole plug on the coil if I remember. how do I ck that? and im guessing the ASD relay is the transmission relay right?, O2 sensor heater circuits get their power thru the ASD relay

Yep. A reading of near zero volts might be ground, or might be an open circuit, and we need to know which it is in order to proceed in an orderly, logical, methodical manner. I expect that we'll find one of two likely faults, but it'd be an act of pure desperation to just shotgun all the parts in the vicinity.

heres something weard
I havnt had anybody reply to my testing of the relay box has it stumped the ram boys? thanks for all the help to this point for sure.im aboat ready to sell it and buy a kia! just kidding.
today I had to go out of town, I didn't feel like disconnecting the battery to go into the place I was going so I come out get in my truck and cranked it and no ck eng light came on! totally weird knowing I just drove an hour str8 it always came on if I didn't disconnect battery. so I stop for something=g to eat and didn't disc battery same thing! the eng lite didn't come one and I drove it another hour back home no problems and no light. and never dis the battery. so not sure whats up and im keeping the battery connected all night and will see in morning what it does. (jumper still in not relay)

ill look again, I checked it last year and it all looked good. where else between the coil wire and PDC could there be a break/short?
would the same color wires coming from the coil be the same at the pdc? I think they where green with a tracer and black.

QUOTE:
looking at the relay socket from the drivers fender pin 85 (right) side 13.83V (center pin 87a 0 V) left 86 0.09 V there is 2 slots under pie center slot pin 87 pin 0 V bottom pin pin 30 13.98. xin to find the amp drain now
(HeyYou) Not sure but I think the only thing he's jumpering is 30-87 on Trans Relay.
On the diagram, pin 85 is on the left, and pin 86 is on the right.
NO, THE ASD RELAY IS NOT THE TRANSMISSION RELAY
1: Tests should be done with ASD Relay plugged in.
2: Coil wire color is DARK GREEN/ORANGE, should be 0 volts with key off. Gets its feed from the ASD relay Pin 87. Should be 12 Volts for 2 seconds when key is turned on, when cranking, or running.
Jumpering Transmission Relay should absolutely not affect this circuit.
Are you jumping 30 to 87 and measuring 85 to 86 on the Transmission Relay?
I'm kinda puzzled by the control wiring for the Transmission Relay. On my diagram it gets its power through or from the field winding of the alternator, which is connected to C2-10 and C3-25 of the PCM So it's in series with the winding, and receives no power unless the engine is running. Or I could be wrong, it could be osmosis and fairy dust!

I stopped commenting after this post!
I think it was established that the drain is from you jumping out the relays. Still not sure what you jumped out the power side of the relay or the relay terminals. Either way you need to stop jumping them!!! Determine if they are working the way they should and go from there.
