There are two 40 amp fuses in the circuit for the starting system.
Fuse 3 feeds the ignition switch, and energizes the starter relay.
Fuse 2 feeds thru the starter relay to the starter solenoid.

I found a burnt 40amp ignition run fuse burnt so I'm gonna go get that and see what happens
No reading on 30 just the other two I may be doing it wrong
Relay pin 30 is connected to fuse 2, so if that fuse is good, 30 should have power.
85 and 86 are the relay coil.
86 gets power from the ignition switch.
85 gets ground from the park/neutral position switch.
When the relay is energized, pin 30 is connected to pin 87, which feeds the starter solenoid.

Pin 30 should be hot at all times. Red lead goes in there, black lead goes to a good ground. (which can be found from damn near anything metal....) Meter should be on 20 volt DC scale.
