Default no voltage to 2002 dodge ram 1500

Need help please. I just removed the complete dash in a 2002 dodge ram to replace heater core. Put it all back together and now have no battery current to anything, No ignition lights no headlights stop lights, everything is dead, I have batt voltage and all plugs under dash hooked up. I even ran a ground from battery to metal dash support thingking I missed a main ground wire. No voltage at all. Has to be a simple miss but I'm running out of ideas. Any thoughts?

Do you have power to the fuse block in the side of the dash?

There is another fuse block on the drivers side of the dashboard. Open the door, and there it is. Do you have power there?

And most of those are powered with the ignition "on".

It's there. There is a cover over it. No second gen rolled off the assembly line without it......
