Default 1994 dodge ram no spark no fuel pump.

Okay so i have a 1994 dodge ram 318 5 speed. Starter went out. Replaced it. Ran for a day. Then quit. I knew it needed a tune up so i put a new cap rotor plugs and wires in it. Wouldnt start. Put new cam sensor and crank sensor in. Still has no spark. Inhooked the battery last night. Called it a night. Went out this morning hooked the battery back up. Positve cable arked and lost fuel pump. I tried a a pcm off a 95 360. Still nothing. Not getting power to coil. Any ideas?

Jump the ASD relay, see if it starts.

If you don't already have one, grab a service manual from here. Wiring diagrams are in section 8W. ASD relay should be in Fuel something or other..... Check and see which pins you need to jumper with a wire, to give power to the coil, and injectors. See if you at least get spark.

In the ASD Relay socket, jump pin 30, to pin 87. They should be labeled.

I jumoed pin from 87 to 30. No i managed to get just a blip of light on the spark tester. Pcm makes a high pitch wine noise? Ever heard of that before?

Now that is definitely different. Can you plug a scanner into your truck, and actually communicate with the PCM?
