Possible computer problem or wire with bad connection?
I've posted about my 2000 ram 1500 5.2l 4x4 before and received a lot of help from this forum. So the ongoing problem I'm having is, the truck seems like it's misfiring and hesitating and "bucking" sporadically when I try to climb hills or accelerate only when the vehicle is cold ( temp gauge under around 180 and has been driving for less than 10 min) then it seems to clear up when the vehicle warms up. It's not throwing any codes. I have replaced plugs, wires, cap rotor , upstream o2 sensor and battery terminals. My mechanic had it on a reader today and told me " that while driving down the road, when the problem occurs , the computer keeps loosing communication " he said this could be a problem with the computer itself or a connection somewhere on the wire harness and he wanted to research online a little. At this point I have know idea what to do next as just throwing mores parts at the problem doesn't seem to be the answer and I don't know how to determine whether it's the computer or a bad wire . And if it is a bad wire how to find out which 1 is bad?
Its a Bosch 02 sensor and I have no way to do anything with the computer other than pay a local mechanic I know 40 bux to hook it up to his reader and take it for a drive and tell me what he finds. Also it had the same symptoms before I put the sensor in and at that time there was no sensor plugged in at all for 6+ months if that makes a difference?

I found 1 on the rock auto website it's NTK 23099 it says "fits upstream right or downstream" I believe this is the one I need as my exhaust is on the right side of the vehicle. Am I right about this? There is also 1 listed as upstream left but my truck only has 1 upstream sensor. What is the difference between them just wire length or is it more than that? I don't wanna order the wrong one
That's the diagram they have but I'm my truck the upstream is right on the y pipe next to the cat and the downstream is right on the other side of the cat. The diagram is showing the upstream ones right up near the exhaust manifold which is not the case in my truck.
