Default Evap system problems

I just bought a 1999 ram 2500 v8 4x4 quad cab long bed. Scanned the cel and came up code p1495. I looked at the evap system and think I'm missing parts because there's a few rubber hoses not connected to anything. two and on the passenger side up near the fire wall and one is right before the gas tank under the truck. Does anyone know or have pictures of all the components of the evap system in this truck? Only thing I can see is the purge valve in the engine bay

Thank you looked through the service manuals. Came up with a theory. On my truck it never came with a evap leak detection pump but it's throwing a p1495 code. I'm thinking at one point someone unknowingly replaced the pcm with a California low emissions computer. Is there anyway to confirm this? I looked over the whole evap system everything looks good. I did a smoke test and tested the purge valve. Is there any software available or anyway to lookup the part number on the pcm to see if it is the wrong one

99 Should have had the pump, I think..... You can read the part number off the PCM, but, that isn't a 100% accurate assessment. I suspect you may have to read the data, and see what year the PCM thinks it's for.

LDP *should* have been in the passenger side from fender, opposite the battery.

Looks like there is something plugged in, to keep it clear..... and it looks factory..... That's strange. What's the part number on the PCM?

So I'm in the process of getting a new pcm. I found a few sites that reprogram the pcm but they ask for a part number. I don't have a part number. Does anyone know what the part Number for the pcm would be for a 1999 ram 2500 quad cab heavy duty auto 5.9 4x4 federal emissions.

Also im planning on taking a trip this weekend to a u pull it place. Would I be able to take a pcm out of the same vehicle plug it into mine and be able to inspect it in ny or would I still need to reflash the pcm with my vin to connect to the nys inspection computer.

thanks for the help 😀
