Yeah you wouldn’t think it’s the catalytic converter that’s causing it. Keep us updated

Make sure all your heat shields are secure.

Hey Edwin3912

After driving from work. Put my truck on the hoist to look around
My driveshaft is the definite cause of the vibration
It's rubbing against the fuel tank strap

Now our suspicion is the driveshaft is out of balance and secondly the fuel tank strap might be stretched a little

It's plain as day that the driveshaft is rubbing on it
Tomorrow my driveshaft and 4x4 shaft goes to pats driveline in Calgary for rebalancing
Then I'm going to look over that fuel tank strap

I'd take your truck for a drive down the road. Crawl under and look for a rub point on your driveshaft

I'll have results tomorrow once I get my shafts back. Hoping there's no damage to the driveshaft. Doesn't feel like it

Well after much troubleshooting the end result was my rear pinion bearing and race was toast
They came out almost looking like the were rusted, the rear pinion bearing was crunching when you tried touching and checking it. Mechanic said I was lucky my rear end never exploded
Truck now runs good and smooth with no more vibration
My mechanic installed a SKF Master Bearing Kit and replaced all bearing in the rear differential. So anyone else that's starts to experience similar symptoms, if you've done everything we have checked and listed.
Pretty good chance this could be your problem
Good luck out and there and have fun

I had the same mechanic that worked on my differential have a look at it and it turned out that the problem was a spacer on the pinion. There was a lot of play on it.
