Wait there is suppose to be a bearing and seal at the end of the axle tube? My Dana 44 don't have any (on either side) at the axle end I assumed they were inside the axle

I think that is an older diagram. The seal for ours is back inside the cad housing, and the only thing out at that end of the axle, is a dust shield.

That sucks, hate to see her without a vehicle. I don't go out there with the work truck either. I hope an IAC fixes it for her.

I was trying to get her a picture of the CAD. I'm not sure what axle that is, but ours don't have that outer bearing and seal.

Just my luck. The computer that I had the manual on has crashed as aii dinosaurs eventually . I only have my tablet now and it does not have enough RAM to download the manual. I do not suppose that it can be viewed online? I am not really sure where the IAC located on the throttle body.

IAC is right on the back side of the throttle body. Four wire connector plugs into it. Might be difficult to see with the air filter housing in place.
