Death Wobble

You were correct I just checked the control arm bushings and they are dry rotted and cracked sticking out of the side of the control arms. I'm just going to order all new control arms with the bushings installed. I already sprayed PB Blaster on the nuts. Most everyone is telling me to just order new cam bolts and cut the old ones out but I want to try to loosen them first. I'll keep you up to date. Thank you so much for your help.

I'm using this style of control arms when I replaced mine when I encountered my bout of death wobble. They should outlast the truck.

Did you install the top control arms also? I like them because I can grease them when doing oil changes. I'm fixing my truck up because my daughter will be driving soon and I want it safe. It's costing a small fortune but when I'm done she will have pretty much new truck. The body work is almost complete. I'm in the process of welding patch panels in the rear. It's been a great truck and it has only 97,000 miles on it and most of them are highway.
