You want to be in the second gen section.

Do you have housings designed for HID headlights? Is yours a Sport model truck?

No its not a sport model, and it came with the same plug that came factory for my trucks headlights, plugged right in, same for the box to run the HID it turns on but only on high beams, it worked fine before with the old lights

Putting HID bulbs in enclosures that weren't designed for them isn't a good idea. You will blind oncoming drivers.

As to why they don't work.... that's a good question.... Maybe have a wire in the wrong spot? Or is it supposed to be plug and play?

the set of headlights i bought came with a hid bulb already in the slot all i had to do was plug my wiring harness into it. it has 4 accent leds for looks that i have yet to wire up but besides that to the best of my knowledge everything is connected properly. gonna check it tomorrow. heres the headlights https://www.protuninglab.com/xehi94r...d=140845616938

Put the stock bulbs back in. 10,000 k is just dumb and will get you pulled over by the police.

Pre-Installed HID low beam included.
This little tidbit has me wondering...... are you actually getting low beam headlights, and there simply ISN'T a high beam??? It doesn't talk about high beam at all....

Wow..... I never even thought about that. That is very interesting, thank you for seeing that little bit of information. It could be just solely a low beam headlight without a high beam function, and if that is the case then i have a fully functioning headlight that i thought was broken somewhere
