You can check pressures, but, I suspect it's time for a rebuild.

 

It's a rebuilt trans, maybe has 20,000 miles on it.

 

Any warranty left on it?

 

hi, I got my shifting problem fixed. Ended up being a combination
of the front band adjustment screw anchor falling of into the pan
and a frayed throttle cable causing it the get caught up inside
its own tube.
