94 dodge ram 1500 will crank but wont start
Ive been having transmission issues for awhile.. but I don't understand why it did this.. I was driving down the highway at about 75mph and the front seal finally blew all the way out and the transmission locked up.. I mean locked up to the point I have to pull my drive shaft to get it to roll. well when hthe tranny finally went it killed my motor too.. I mean it cranks and but it wont turn all the way over. please help

If the engine came to a sudden stop, chances are the weakest link gave out, usually the timing chain. No easy way to check if the chain has only hopped 1 or 2 teeth...HOWEVER!!! The best, however, usually seems to be removing the distributor cap, line up the #1 cylinder to TDC on the harmonic balancer (pull the #1 spark plug to verify TDC) n check the position of the rotor in the distributor n verify that it's pointing in the general direction of the #1 wire location on the cap. With the 5.2 n 5.9, there's no cam sensor in a '94 to set off the money light.

Have you checked the battery voltage whilst you crank the engine? Does it remain at 10 volts or above? Is the engine cranking slowly or jerky when you crank it over? Is the "old" broken tranny still on the pickup? No spark seems a simple prospect, if your tranny was removed for repair, the crank sensor could've been damaged or left unplugged or wire pinched between engine n tranny during repair/common problem. The fuel is a separate issue. Check your fuses and relays. I believe the fuel and other relays in the power box under the hood are the same...swap them. Check to see if you got power at the fuel pump if the fuse n relay are good.
