So I’m getting the correct ohms at the injectors but I’m getting zero voltage to the connector. Obviously the cause of no fuel to the plugs right? I’ve replaced the pcm already, so would you say the camshaft position sensor could be the culprit?

Keep in mind, if the PCM doesn't see the engine turning, you will only get power to the coil/injectors for about 3 seconds.

Ok, why wouldn’t the pcm be able to see the motor turning?

The crank sensor sends a signal to the ECM that the engine is turning and at what speed, without it...the computer doesn't know to send the "hey this guy wants to start/run the engine" message back to the electronic things that make an internal combustion engine operate.

I've heard tell that these Dodge's don't like aftermkt crank sensors. Have you checked the wiring from the sensor to the ECM for continuity yet. Best to eliminate the possibilities 1 at a time, till you're sure of each. A test light on the ECM end of the crank sensor wiring will also tell you if you're getting signal to the ECM.

Does the fuel pump prime when you first turn the key on? Does it run while the engine is cranking?

I haven’t done a continuity test yet, not exactly sure how to. But the pump does prime and fiction when cranking, I get proper fuel pressure at the fuel rail
