Either the right front caliper isn't getting equal pressure, or something else is hung up? What all have you replaced on the fronts??
Yes, both were just replaced.. Along with pads/rotors. And I have braided steel line which are probably 2 years old.

Yea I pretty much thought the same thing. Pisses me off cause I'm always super careful with my pads/rotors.. Just a bit of grease popped through the slide and I couldnt see it. BEFORE that happened though, I did a couple hard stops and that left front caliper was smoking pretty bad.. Do you guys think Ive got a bad caliper too?

It's possible. Pump up the brakes with everything together, see how hard it is to turn the front tires.

Last I checked the wheels turned freely, but they were cold. Will have to check next time I get them hot again... Been trying not to drive it to avoid further damage .

If it wasn't much grease, try driving it a week and see what happens.

It was a decent glob of grease, but it appeared most of it covered the sides of the pad and not the face of it.. So it really only contaminated (potentially) the 1 pad, and 1 side of the rotor.. But I resurfaced all the pads anyways because I was there, and most of them had a glaze on them.. I used multiple disks of course

Sad to say Im back again... New caliper solved the pulling problem, and I took you guys' advice and got some new pads from Advanced Auto (wearever platinum brand - their ceramic).. Now my truck makes a grinding/rubbing noise coming to a stop. Should I wait it out or return the pads? WTF.

I did not have this problem with the Hawk HP pads that I replaced.. Did I make a mistake by not having the rotors turned? They had maybe 200 miles on them, which I cleaned (1 can of brake cleaner on each rotor) before throwing the new pads on.

Is it just the meaner pads causing the noise?

Im assuming its just the pads.. No noise like this before, just the pulling.. Never felt/heard anything like this before. Wouldnt the hawk pads be "meaner" than these ceramics?

I refuse to put Advanced brake parts on our vehicles. I order Wagner from Rock Auto or go to an Auto Value store
