PCM fires the coil by breaking the ground circuit, with a constant ground, it won't run. Remove that wire from the coil connector, it isn't needed. The wire from the ground side of the coil to the PCM is though, so, leave that one there.

If the pump isn't running when you first turn the key on, you have other issues.
It's a momentary button/switch. Well I know on my other ram I could hear the fuel pump. I've never heard this one turn on. I replaced the fuel pump Friday night.

If i turn the key on and it sets for a moment it will try to start normal then sounds like it runs out of fuel. Seems i used a fuel pressure gauge before and it read 0 lol. It had a very weak spray at the valve. Thats y i changed the pump. I thought about running a hot wire from the battery to the, i forget which wire now, black and brown I think on the fuel pump.

Well I remember seeing a wire connecting to the alternator that is cut pretty good and showing some wire. Maybe that is interfering with the ignition coil.

Swap the fuel pump relay with another one. (horn?) See if anything changes.

I am thinking that maybe when I set the timing that i have the crankshaft 180° off since there's two revolutions of the crank per camshaft.

I'm going to rent the fan clutch tool and buy a 32 mm socket and tear it down again and check the timing and rotor.

Did that already. I ran a hot wire to the green wire on the pump and heard gas bubbling lol. Sounded like a fountain. I believe the pump is turning on with the key but shuts off in 2 seconds.

I'm hoping i have the crankshaft off 360° iImean, a whole revolution off. Is that possible?

If not then I would say the fuel sync.

Fuel sync will make it run poorly, but, it should still run.

There are timing marks on the dampner, roll it around to 0, see where the rotor is pointing, and see if the valves on that cylinder are open or close. (blow some compressed air into it, see what happens.)
