Download the factory service manual from the faq/diy section here. All the specs are in there. If you just do a hone, re-use your stock pistons. Next oversize is +.010. You aren't going to hone out that much...... and if you do, it REALLY needs to go to the machine shop.

Is that pitting I see in the tops of those cylinders though?
