Any decent shop should have one. The dealer certainly will. OBD port is just to the passenger side of the steering column. Rectangular, with two 'ears'.
most dealers around here have gotten rid of any pre obd2 equipment and even if they had it i could never afford it as most get $100/hr or so labor rate is well beyond my means of affording. plus being a rusty 24 yr old truck with 214K on it they wouldn't want to mess with it and regular shops are around $80 to $90 per hr labor rate and have yet to find one that has diagnostic equipment still for pre obd2 systems. but i drove it most of the day today and to me it seems to be running great no issues with power, doesn't have any hesitation when you stomp on the throttle so i would say it is doing what it needs to do proper.
