lol yeah trust me there is plenty you can't see in the pics too. Including a Truetrac carrier in back since i needed the 4.88 to match the front axle. Every brake component, ball joints, ujoints, wheel bearings, trnsfer case index kit and more...
No tabs yet so I can't really go test on it but I can make it to any part of my yard no problem now and it seems pretty sweet doing it.
The arms seem big and beefy and appear to be doing the job so far. There are Johnny joints at either end. The truck seemed to track great coming back from the alignment shop but it's maybe a 2 mile trip and there weren't too many whoop sections to try it on.. That's all the further I've gotten it so far.. One complaint I'd make to Dodge Off Road is that since the arms are fully adjustable, they should have flat spots on the tube somewhere to hold them in place with a wrench while torqueing the jam nuts. So my powder coating got all beat up. Also you can see where we took a nick out of the rear mounts with a cuttings torch so we could get a wrench squarely on the jam nuts. I had to modify the Body mount up under the frame and my frame mounted side steps no longer fit. The tranny bash plate cross member frame mounting points had to be relocated and the crossmember needed to be modified to allow that. There is probably more I'm forgetting.
The deal with the brake cable is custom routing since the the rear arm mount literally covers the holes where the cable bracket used to bolt to the frame and there isn't a nice spot on the arm mount bracket to drill holes for the cable bracket to bolt to. I had to come up with a bracket which relocates the cable mount bracket if that makes sense. It is a length of 1/4 inch square stock with a chunk taken out and with the cable bracket bolted to it, that gets bolted to the frame. The cable goes through the center of the square stock. Weird, but it seems to work and isn't gonna break.

Can we get more pictures of the square stock and the modifying you have to go to the body mount?
We just took a chunk out of the bottom of the body mount and moved it's gusset up and stitched it back in there. It gives a bit more clearance on these straight arms. Luckily my lift is tall enough so not too much needed to be taken out. I asked DOR if they thought I should try beefing it up somehow and they didn't seem to think it is a problem how it is now so I left it.
