Look at it this way, WORST case is going to be rebuild, or new engine.

What's the psi supposed to be on compression?

100 is the minimum but I'm pretty sure around 130 is considered good

So would all 8 pumping out 120psi be considered good?

For the mileage yeah you just don't want to be closer to 100 so if one was 115 I would look at doing a rebuild

Im not sure how much it would matter but this was a cold test, truck hasnt been started since this past weekend...

The main thing is that they are all similar. What you have is good. Change the plenum and tune it up. It'll run good for a long time yet. I still recommend a timing chain while your that far a part.

Definitely needs a tune up!!!!!! I did notice when pulling the plugs they were all excessively gapped... way more than the .035... so it definitely needs plugs and wires. And I'll throw a cap and rotor on while I'm at it too. Maybe this will get the ol girl by until I get the means and funding to rebuild or replace the engine. Thanks guys
