Track bar

Track bar
I ordered a Synergy gen 3 track bar conversion kit for my 2001 2500 4wd Cummins truck. It arrived yesterday, but minus the bracket. I called Power Driven Diesel, who I ordered from, and I swear it was like to talking to a state gov't agency.
The woman at PDD said that Synergy is redesigning the bracket and none were in stock. Aside from that, she said she knew nothing. She had no comment when I asked her if it was common practice to charge customers full price, but deliver half a product, knowing that either half is useless without the other. I asked her to look at my order and read what I had written in the "Instructions Block".... "If any parts are not in stock, please contact me immediately. Also, please send tracking number when order is shipped." Again, she had nothing to say.
I called Synergy, and they confirmed that they're redesigning the track bar bracket and will ship to distributors when finished.
What a fiasco!

Update: I decided to call Power Driven Diesel again and get a return UPS label, and refund. Thus far I've talked to three people there that say they will not refund me until they've received the return package. The owner was supposed to call me but hasn't so far.
It disgusts me that I met my commitment by paying them immediately, but they won't refund me until they have the product back. I explained to them that I needed to order from someone else, and need the money to do so. That fell on deaf ears. They expect customers to trust them, but they won't reciprocate by shipping a useable product or refunding.
Of course I'll never deal with Power Driven Diesel again. In 40 years of building custom firearms, trucks, and cars, I've never before had a supplier refuse an immediate refund when they realized they were at fault.
