not 100% sure what I'm doing for a bumper yet, but I've got some 10" C-Channel that I'm going to form fit to the front I think. I'll gut out an area got a winch mount for when I've got some spare cash. I picked up a Dana 60 front and Dana 70 rear with disc brakes all around. Ordered new brakes for them and going to blast/paint the axles this weekend. Still waiting on a control arm bushing kit to arrive before install. Again, once I have some cash, it'll get 4:10 or 4:56 gears with lockers. But still have some work to do before then

Basically I'll be running Dana 60/80 (factory) disc brakes with 6.13 ARB air lockers, big brake kit front and rear, belt driven air compressor and still have my AC, and a few others. Sounds like you are on track just remember the more the bumper stuck out the crappier the approach angle is

Thanks, and damn that sounds like a sweet set up! It most likely wont stick out much further than the stock bumper if any. That being said it's still in the design and work with what I got stage so we'll see. Appreciate the insight though, wouldnt have thought about that before

You don't need a cat, I've cut mine off last year. I pick-up two spark plug foulers, put in some steel wool. Welded in a O2 bung onto a new 3in exhaust pipe. Made my own cat delete pipe, works and no ECM codes. I've also disconnected all that crappy evap chit, no codes. My 01 has the same issues with no power in OD. My engine has 130-140 psi of compression. I've done the plenum fix, timing chain, spark plugs/wires, distributor, crank sensor. My truck work decent when in warm-up phase, but once at operating temp its a lazy dog. I even ran a 160 deg's thermostat, just to keep it in the close loop O2 phase just so I could have some power. Hah, the ecm didn't like it and threw a code. You just leaving your foot on the floor board.
The best way to fix the low power is to throw away the crappy fuel injection system and go back to a carb/old school distributor.
